I'm surprised that no one from MTN has personally contacted me to resolve this. Why should we use Hello Peter as a means to communicate?
Anyway, you say that I did not forfeit the airtime, than why is it not reflecting when I check my balance using the check balance functionality?
Please resolve this ASAP..URGENTLY.
I shall not be contacting you again in this regard. I don't have the time or energy to ask you guys to do your work.
