Hi, this is with regard to my previous report last week on the 10th. I received feedback that the matter was being investigated and given a ref number - I then received an email that a consultant will call to ask me security questions in order to re-activate. I have to date not received a call. I have requested feedback a few more times and again, no response! The number 081 180 does not seem to work - I'm trying to resolve the matter, but from the service I'm receiving it seems I'm just being left in the dark. Can it really take this long to call a client to resolve a matter?! I am also unable to load airtime on my PREPAID 8ta sim, as everytime I try to load airtime, there is a pop up "This number has been blacklisted"! How is that possible?! if I try and call the call centre, its no use as the 081 180 number does not work! Can somebody from 8ta please help me resolve this? This is now my second report regarding 8ta - it seems they respond on Hello Peter, but still nothing comes of it. Hello Peter should have a category for companies that respond and resolve.
