I had applied for a contract with Telkom Mobile to which it was declined & that I accept, but I do not agree with the reasons sited, . I have called the shop at which I applied, numerous times to understand the reasons behind the claim of, & the incompetence of the sales rep has left me annoyed & rather disappointed at the level of service Telkom Mobil has offered. I feel my character has been defamed and I am not pleased at all with how the whole matter has been handled, I have called numerous times for feed back and I am still waiting for a reply!!
