Absolutely disgusting service- URGENT help needed

I have been with Cel C for more than 12 years, I upgraded my phone in Feb 2013.And selected a Nokia Lumina 710. I took delivery on the 13/02/2013 and started experiencing problems with it. Initially thinking it was due to my lack of knowledge of cell phones but my sons later helped me and pointed out the phone was faulty. I than engaged the call center from April (& was told I would be called back) and eventually in August resorted to going to the Eastgate branch & was told they do not specialize in Nokia and I must contact the call center again, I did the same and was promised on or about the 5/08/2013 that my phone would be collected. To date nothing has happen from Cel C and I feel I have been far too patient.
I ask that some one please call me urgently regarding my problem and ensures that the phone is collected and the problem sorted out.
My son being an attorney suggested that we first try this amicable approach, failing which he shall address the matter via other media channels and also take it up with Consumer Commission as he is well acquainted with their offices and staff.
I urge you to please assist me as loyal patriot to your brand.
