I bought a cellphone from one of your outlets and after using it for a month i started experiencing some problems using it.i went back to the shop where i had bought it (name withheld 'cause i do not want to get anyone into trouble).i had my slip with me and everything else that i needed for me to be assisted.they assessed the phone and concluded that it could not be exchanged for me, it had small scratches at the back.i understood their reasons, also i had used it for more than a week.i then asked them to send it somewhere for repairs, and they referred me to another branch.i couldn't understand why i had to be sent to another branch to have my phone sent for repairs.upon arrival there, i was further referred to a nokia shop.i never knew any nokia shop, so i had given up on having my phone fixed.i was prepared to buy a new phone.after a month or so i was shopping at eastgate, i decided to pop in at the mtn shop and have a look at the stuff they have got.that's when i met this young lady named nthabiseng.she was friendly and i decided to let her know about my phone problem.she efficiently helped me and now i have collected my phone.thanks a lot for your excellent service nthabiseng
