2 weeks and no joy - shocking service

Shocking service from Cell C Sandton City. On the 23rd of October I spoke to Raees about upgrading my contract to a samsung s4. He said it would not be a problem and that there is a Believe special that I could get that includes a bluetooth headset and an all purpose dongle. I said I would come through on Friday. I then changed my mind and asked Raees if i could come in and he said yes. I arrived at 16h00 to be told that the believe contract can only be sold on a Friday. I returned to the shop to get my phone to find out that they dont have stock of the extras. Since then i have been fightingYesterday i phoned on the store and still no answer and asked for the details of the person who delivers. I spoke to them and was told that the bluetooth dongle combination was not even an option. I was informed that it would be in store today. I phoned Riccardo this morning to say that I would be in store after 16h00 to collect. I arrived at 16h50 to find that nothing has arrived. How can you launch a special and not have stock for 2 weeks? I really feel they dont care they have got your upgrade so dont need anymore. I get no joy from the manager or staff. Shocking service.
