TELKOM SERVICE IS AWESOME

Hi;

I ordered my Telkom Simple ADSL Line, and in less than 48 hours I had the line installed as well as my home office installed.

I would like to share my whole experience with you:

1. I phoned Telkom Call Centre, and a very intelligent girl with the name Riana answered the phone and handled my application in less than 20 minutes. She was well informed and very professional.
2. Less than 48 hours later, I received a phone call from Telkom Technician, Moses advising me that he is around the corner and ready to install - he did an Excellent Job and his service was great, and his friendliness overwhelming.
3.I then went to the closest Telkom outlet to get my 3G dongle and Sim card. I was greeted with a very helpful and friendly Nomsa at Festival Mall. She was very well informed and made the process very simple and handled all my queries with absolute care and interest. Well Done Nomsa.
4. At night time when I was ready to get started, I ran into a few IT problems, and Monty at the call center sorted me out in NO TIME AT ALL. He was VERY patient and his problem solving skills are amazing. Thank you Monte.

Overall I had the best experience with a service provider ever. Thanks
