False Advertising with no response!

I was finally contacted this morning after posting a complaint on Hellopeter.com (https:///vodacom/complaints/false-advertising-1235491) on Friday Afternoon.

The lady that I spoke to made it very clear that that it was very urgent for me to send a picture of the deal to her. I was told that I would get an email directly from her for me to forward this picture to, now I am still waiting! Can someone please send me an email address for me to do so, as I never caught the lady's name as I have bad signal/reception on my network.

I hope this complaint does not get ignored, once again!!!
