Getting nowhere with Call Centre

Firstly I couldn`t get my monthly account via email, then I weren`t informed of the hardware fees that I will still be paying for my old device after upgrading. Next they didn`t stop the insurance on the old device (another R118 I have to pay needlessly this month). Now I see that I`m paying for sms`s even though its less than the amount of free sms`s I have per month. And to top it all, I am paying R200 for the free airtime, PLUS the full amount of every phone call. I spent in excess of an hour on the phone with the Call Centre today, but got absolutely nowhere. I requested on three separate occasions that one of their managers phone me back (I have the ref. no`s), and was assured one will phone me back before the end of the day. I`m still waiting. I also have an account with Vodacom for my mother, and I had no difficulties with them for 2 years now. I had to phone Nashua Mobile more than 20 times in the last month alone due to poor service. How is this possible? There may be an explanation for all of this, but I couldn`t get any answers from them.
