Does not matter just pay us

So according to REQ:2869195, MTN is aware of the taking place, with Rica, which is causing me to lose money, I should do the investigation and not MTN, I do not work for MTN, this will happen to many others, and MTN will not take this matter further and even tighten there security or figure how this happened that a person can RICA a sim card in the way it was. I believe that this is enough proof that I am innocent, but yet forced to pay, then questioned why I am asking MTN to allow me to pay this over a few months, well it is simple, I do not have money to donate to criminals all at once, I need to spread the payment out. I hope that this never happens to anyone else, but if it is up to MTN, it wont matter, so long as you pay them, or you will get black listed.
