Not Cancelling Contract

I called to cancel my contract on 2 Oct, they informed me it would be migrated to prepaid on 2 Nov. I have phone the call centre numerous times this week to complain and they assured me it will be cancelled - still nothing.

Not to mention that I have to wait at least 30min each time only to be told I need to go on hold again for the cancellation line which then no one answers!

Please CANCEL my contract!!! I am not wasting another hour of my life holding for a 'Champ' only to be told the same BS again
