Its criminal to charge 1000% markup!!!

I upgrade 3 months ago. i also went from a talk 500 top up to a talk 750. i asked for a top up 750 but was advise i cannot get the special they running with a top up package.
it includes 750 min, 750 sms and 750 MB. after month one i phoned and complain about the bill. too high. they told me its the start up cost of the new phone and downloads. month two i phone and complain again. i got this months bill and its R3200. they charge me R1444.00 for 1030MB. i asked a mate at work what i can do. he said i must just get bigger data bundle. they give it to me it today after i asked for R149 for 1000MB. if they can offer that for a 1000MB, why do they charge me R1440.00 for the 1030 i used??? its a 1000% more expensive!!!
its not fair. not once after every month i complained did Autopage offer me a bigger bundle!!! they like taking customers money. I've been with them since 2003, and they didn't mind raping me for extra R3000 for data in 3 months!!!
very very disappointed customer!!! not once did they advice me to get a bigger bundle. every month i ask what can i do?
