Epair centre not delivering service as promised

On Tuesday 5 Nov 2013 I took my phone not even 3 months old to Boksburg MTN repairs centre. They promised me that I will receive my phone back that very same day by cob. I phoned them by13h00 to find out out what the status is and they told me that they are still waiting for spares I must phone back at 14h00, which I also did and they were still waiting for spares. Then they told me I must phone back the following day Wednesday at 12h00. On Wednesday 6 Nov 2013 I phoned them back and still no spares I mean seriously why giving me a turn around time if you know you will not deliver that kind of service??? They can't even give me a phone to use while fixing mine. It is a new phone and at the moment I am paying for something I can't even use? According to me the CPA Act says that if something goes wrong within 3 months and you are not satisfied with the product you can take it back why not giving me a new phone as this one will surely give me some more problems in the future???
