On Sunday the 3rd of November i had purchased the MTN one day uncapped bundle, I managed to get amazing speeds across the network with no drop and no cap for a full 24 hours (2.5Mbs). On Monday the 4th, i once again purchased the uncapped bundle, but to my surprise within 5 minutes my speed had dropped to 25kbs, which i ask, why can one day i get full speeds, but the next day not? If you've given me something the first time don't try to change it the second time, you've created a standard, so stick to it. So i called in to the data support line which had then told me there are terms and conditions to this bundle, which were not made clear during the purchase, only after the purchase, its like buying a car to find out after you bought it, it has no engine. I asked for a supervisor (Christina) that gladly logged a query for me, she didn't listen to my complaint and logged it under billing queries and did not assist at all. She still has not resolved my issue, and i have no received any feedback. i ended up not using the bundle and wasted my time and money on pathetic speeds and disgusting service. Please MTN you try using 25kbs on an internet connection and let me know how it goes.
