Airtime bundle purchase not processed

On Friday the 30th may I purchased the 2 1 gig bundle for R149 and received successful confirmation of the bundle purchase. About 3 hours later I was told that I had used up all of the data bundle. I then phoned the technical support and was asked for payment confirmation which I didn't have, other than the iPad app telling me the purchase was successful. I was told that they would look into it
I later discovered that this was a known problem and it would be sorted within 72 working hours
It's two weeks later and I still haven't been credited with the bundle I purchased!
Don't make your problems mine!!!
