CellC Internet connectivity hopeless

I have a CellC Giga200 contract using a Nokia CS19 dongle for Internet connectivity. CellC network response has during the past few months steadily degraded to such an extent that have taken out a Neotel contract. My productivity has been SERIOUSLY affected (registering this complaint is a prime example - I have had about 5 dropped connections and have had to retype ALL of this text as a result!). There is a strong signal here, so my gut feel is that this is a CAPACITY problem. Probably CellC selling too many packages and not correspondingly upgrading the supporting infrastructure. CellC help line personnel know of this general problem but their recommendations e.g. force the connection to CellC 3G have not worked for me. And I have many friends who are VERY disgruntled with CellC performance (for that matter Vodacom too). I have been a loyal CellC client for years but I'm afraid I've been forced to switch allegiance to Neotel...
