No notification before listing on ITC

I had a telephone account with Telkom which I had to discontinue because I had to move away from the premises i was renting. I contacted Telkom for termination of services but later i saw bills sent for dates well beyond my cancellation date and it turned out my request of termination had never been registered. I eventually managed to request a cancellation again and the cancellation date was only then confirmed.
The last invoice that was raised was due on the 04th of January 2013. 10th of January (6 days after invoice due date), I got listed on ITC even though I never received any notification that they were listing although they had all my contacts. Further, the listing was "bad debt, written off" yet i had just paid in November despite them billing me line rentals a further month because of the consultant's problem of not registering my termination date as per our discussion.
The listing was not fair and needs to be removed & I hope there is a functional Complaint Resolution Department as efforts to have this issue resolved by visiting the Telkom shops proved fruitless even though all the few consultants I get to speak to tell me there was some kind of a mistake in all this.
