MTN Active is not working

I regularly use the MTN Active site to check the state of my contracts I have with MTN. It (used to be) quite helpful and the system was working 100% fine. Last time I logged in it redirected me to a "New and Improved" site that required more registration etc. Now, it just seems to do nothing. I have reset my password, requested my username etc. but when it comes to the step that I have to link my mobile number, it says my number is linked to another account?? This is for ALL my numbers. Now, I am completely unable to access MTN Active at all. They duly said I must dial a 4 digit number for assistance that is a free call from any MTN phone, but keep getting " The number you have dialled is incorrect. Please try again." Spent over 40min waiting for a call centre agent but hung up eventually as both my arms and ears were starting to ache at that point. Please fix this. Don't make us regret throwing our money at you guys as you are clearly NOT the cheapest SP out there :(
