No feedback rewgarding repairs on cell phone

I took the phone in for repairs and the geniuses told me 7-21 working days or something like that - that was in the middle of September (My s4 went in to cell c the exact same day but i have it back almost three weeks). The contract has been cancelled (end date was the 19th October yet the phone is still there) and they debited my account for a cancelled contract that's now pre-paid then they still have the nerve to tell me that on their side it doesn't show that the contract was cancelled - its not my problem their staff cant do their jobs.

I'm actually disguised that i don't have my other phone back til today its almost two month that they have my phone. MTN service is pathetic and I promise i will be cancelling everything i have with them, poor service equals unhappy customers - I'm pretty much off at this point.
