Appalling Service

Hi, I have been trying to buy the iPhone 4s from your website from yesterday and unfortunately your website won't allow me to.
I click on links and nothing happens. And when I am finally able to add the phone to my basket, I press continue and nothing happens. This is so frustrating. Next thing all these phones will be sold out. I call the call centres and everyone transfers me to someone else. I hope this complaint will be submitted as nothing else seems to want to work here. Please reply via email and through my cell phone. This is really unprofessional. Please assist asap.
