The Nashua Mobile website is horribly constructed. Most options you click on, render the website in a state of absolute standstill, leading you to a very annoying white screen with the words "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE" on it. This happens at least once every time I click an option which forces me to press the refresh button at least twice or three times. To access my account is an absolute impossible task as it is always offline which means that you have no idea what your contract is up to. I need to upgrade my phone now and with all the trouble I need to go to, I seriously am considering switching to another service. I advise Nashua mobile to seriously look at it and FIX it immediately!
