Unacceptable service

I have contacted Cell C to obtain a contract and have my number ported to them. Called them on 3 August and submitted all documents and am still awaiting delivery of my cell. I have since indicated that I will need the delivery address changed as I will no longer be at the office but after contacting the delivery centre today (19 August 2013) I was informed that the address change was never indicated which is friustrating. Now I am advised that the cell may be delivered tomorrow which is outside of the 10 day period. Please advise??
