Electronics and household app.

I am very disappointed in a way that Samsung handles their customers. i booked my phone in on the 7 January 2014 and they promised that it will be fixed within 2/3 days .. still waiting for it even today, i call them everyday to check the status of the phone and the only thing they tell me is that "still awaiting spares".. before handing it in i called and they told me that the screens were not available i called 2 days later and they were available that's when i took my phone in for repairs.. but now they telling me that they are still waiting for screens.. and no one bothered to call and inform me of the delay of parts and all that.. i still have to make the follow up myself and nothing is happening, ... how possible is it that they can wait for LCD for over 2 weeks?? every-time i call the lady at reception tells me that the LCD's will be available tomorrow... tomorrow... until when??? they should know how difficult it is to live without a phone especially when you running a business..
