It is now clear that MTN will not do anything about my query whereby their consultant hooked me to get a policy with them and I can't get hold of their Ombudsman.
Want MTN to reduce this penalties as per our telecom communication when they first proposed that I take this policy, please listen to the call' I'm supposed to pay R50.00 per month that's our agreement.
I will eventually get hold of the Ombudsman to present my complain.
