I have a car which is in my brothers name. I am driving it, and took out the insurance. I contacted iWyze. I also opted to take household insurance. Firstly, that call to open the policy was awful. After going through everything and confirming everything I was given the monthly amount, and agreed. I was told that my policy would be e-mailed to me. Somebody needs to pull that call and listen to the details I gave, I gave the correct details! The policy I received was incorrect in nearly everything. I immediately e-mailed - and got no response, I called in and was told I would receive a call, which I have not. Essentially I am paying insurance on a policy that will not pay out if anything happens, which in turn means iWyze is my money, over R400.00 per month, what is going to happen with that money? This needs to be rectified, I am not happy with this in any way as I have tried to rectifiy this and am being ignored! My next step is the ombudsman. I will only accept written correspondence at this point due to my wanting to go to the ombudsman. Should you decide to call I am not available during working hours!
