Worst service ever!!

We bought new printers from Nashua Limpopo about three weeks ago.

First: We had to wait for our printers, which only arrived on Friday
Second: I personally asked Johan that the instillation should take place in the morning (8am -1pm) to insure that all the staff members will be present (due to the fact that some of the staff ONLY work half day).

He responded to this request by sending a staff member to install our printers at 3pm on a Friday afternoon!
Due to this there are problems regarding our instillation. Johan send an employee today to help with the problem but he had to leave early (before our complain/installation was completed) because he has "OTHER WORK"

Doesn't our companies complain/installation count as work?? Johan was phoned today about four times and he replied: "Dit is iets wat buite hulle beheer is dat die man eers Vrydag middag hier was." NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
