Laserfix - Worst Supplie

We went into a contract with this supplier, they promised as part of their "service agreement" was a bi yearly preventative maintenance. This happened at first. They even signed and sent statements for it.

In the last 12 months when we got rid of our companies printers due to them not being used or to old to be used Warren started with Bullying tactics Refusing to remove these printers. When I asked for preventative maintenance reports on these printers to show him that they have not been used for more than a year.
Warren told me that the company has never given such a service. We are also paying for printers that was asked to be removed from the service schedule for more than a year now. These printers has been recycled.

According to MR Ellse he will tell our company how to do business and charge us for services not delivered until dooms day.

This supplier must be the worst one I have ever dealt with.

They are bullies
They are unethical
They deliver no service unless you lick their behinds and then do it with a snotty attitude.

I resent the the day I ever signed a contract with them.
