No response from HP re recycling of cartridges

I logged a request on their online web-site to recycle our HP Network Printers' cartridges. I want them to fetch it or I want a drop off zone/address. I've been struggling since July... I don't want anything - I want to give HP these cartridges to recycle.

They advertise on their web-site - glowing about recycling, taking the environment into consideration... but, they ignore me blatantly.

I've called so many times, to no avail. This is so pathetic, as it is advertised on their web-site!

Many times that I called, I was also told they will call me back... but I'm still waiting...!

REALLY? I am soooooo disappointed in HP, because we only use HP printers, whether it is networking or office printers... for years. I have always promoted HP printers to everybody I know.

Looks like I will have to tell our company to consider moving away from HP.
