Pathetic service

I signed for a 2gb data package when my previous contract ended. After 3months the network migrated me back to a casual chat, and nobody informed me of the migration. I am now hardbarred and after numerous e-mails and phone calls from the local store, i am still going nowhere.
I am fed up with the service as I am a client for more than 6 years allready
i cant count on how many times I was promised that someone will call me back and I am still waiting
