E. my previous complaint - a R49 charger bought from autopage broke and the pieces sprung into the car charger.
As I could not retrieve the bits, autopage did not honour the guarantee. This is not acceptable, as repair costs on the cigarette lighter were incurred, and it is not acceptable that autopage refuse to honour the years guarantee on the charger. Their previous response to this complaint was generic and did not address the complaint
