IPhone insurance deducted - wrong phone details

Brought my damaged iPhone in to make an insurance claim. Phone was taken in and 3 weeks later I received a message to collect the phone. When coming in to collect the phone I was told that it was not repaired because the phone's serial number did not match that recorded for insurance purposes and therefore my insurance cover was invalid. I would like a refund of all my insurance premiums as this is clearly an Autopage mistake. They are not responding.
