Altech autopage cellular worst eve

I took a upgrade end of May Samsung S4, however the person who assisted me did not explain to me how the contract works. I have been charged for things like blackberry Bis and there's also a double charge for something that I don't know of. I have been trying to get service and help from Altech Autopage cellular for the past 2 months with no luck as they telling me that they will investigate and get back to me. However no one is calling back, my account gets debited with amounts that I don't know. I am really irritated and wish they can collect their cellphone and cancel the contract as I don't like being ripped of.
