MTN-YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC

Just when I thought your service could not get any worse, you go and surprise me by providing me with pathetic service!!! As a result of your uselessness, a lady of 85 years old does not have a phone to call anyone.

Her contract was due for an upgrade and we went in on Friday to process the upgrade. After standing in the queue for an hour, we were "serviced" by Sello, also known as "Mr promise and no deliver". He processed the upgrade for us and adivsed that activation of the new micro sim would be done by the time we get home.

Impressed with the service, we left and headed for home. No surpise at all, we found that the sim was not activated. We tried to call the branch but no answer. Sadly we then called your call centre and found some more useless assistance by agent called Zanele. She said we have to check the phone the following day at 12h00 and it will be done.

Again, no surprise, nothing was activated. Another day passed and by Sunday morning the sim was not active. Spending another hour in the queue, Sello could not explain why it was not done and requested the activation again.

It is now Sunday evening and still nothing.

You are pathetic MTN!!!
