No service after upgrade and migration

I recently upgraded my data contract and migrated to a Ipad 2 gig data contract. Received the iPad with no terms, conditions or breakdown of costs. Requested that my existing sim with my plugg and play remain, and that the micro sim operate in the iPad as will. I requested activation of the micro sim on the 7th May 2013 and to date phoned the 8th, 9th and 10th, querying why activation not done. Promises have been made each day with no resolution. On calling and speaking to Thembisa today, was advised that micro sim can not be activated and message noted from technical department. When were autopage going to notify me? After holding on for some time, he sugested I go buy a new sim. I requested investigate what is happening and to come back to me (I was advised that he will try?).

Is this customer service? Nobody coming back to me? Me having to continuously follow up? Why should I go purchase a new micro sim at my cost, when included in the upgrade? The upgrade has a 5 day cooling off period, best I cancel the upgrade and you can collect your goods. Seems you are unable to resolve the problem.
