CellC Data Network Prohibatively Slow

I bought a CellC Giga200 data package. R1800 for 200GB of mobile data. At first things went well but lately (read for the last 2 months) the data network speeds during business hours have deteriorated to a point where it is virtually non-existent. Even though my tablet shows that I am connected to the HSDPA network the download speeds are a erratic and average at below 1KB (Kilo Byte) per second. Surfing, downloading and even retrieving email takes ages and that is when it doesn't time out. A colleague of mine at the office has exactly the same issue so I'm pretty certain it isn't my tablet. I have even put the SIM into a mobile WIFI device (which works great in 8ta) but this changed nothing.

It is my opinion that the issue is congestion since I only have trouble from about 7:30am to 5:30pm. Before or after that the speeds are "normal".

I have used 8ta for data in the same tablet (Galaxy note 10.1 tablet) for a number of months before switching to CellC. Not once during that time did I experience a total lack of service such as what I have had to deal with from CellC for the last 2 months.

Please CellC! Sort out your network or at least publicly admit you are having issues.
