I was called 2 mnths ago to be advised that my contract has expired and asked if I would like to renew it which I declined however till today I'm still being billed for something that I asked to be cancelled. I spoke to manager (Alison Mathe) who found this amusing as he laughed while I told him my problem and he said the cancellations dept hasn't done anything and promised to come back to me and he hasn't I had to call them back. Consumers think twice before accepting a mobile contract with this company as their service is bad and their staff are incompetent. I am awaiting feedback from Sabelo Nyao (team leader) hope he will assist me. Overall service rating /100
