My blackberry which i purchased from Nashua Mobile on contract, I must add, and returned for repairs at Canal Walk Century City, Cape Town was not repaired properly. In fact, i was forced to return same three times and all that they did was to upgrade the software every time, when it was quite apparent that there must be something wrong with the handset other than a software problem. on the two occasions i returned the handset after the first repair, i was confronted with the same problem. When they returned the cellphone on the third occasion, i refused to accept it as the assitant at Canal Walk motivated for a replacement cellphone as my cellphone is still under warranty. I duly contacted Nashua Mobile call centre on 31 October 2013 to report my complainat only for them to tell me that i must speak to the manager who was not available and that i must email my complaint. When i told the agent that that why must the onus be placed on me, it was only then that he undertook that a manger will call me on Friday being 24 hours after the complaint. to date i have not been contacted, more than 48 hours after the complaint and i still dont have a cellphone in proper working order.
