My cellphone has been with Nashua Mobile since 13.07.2013 and yesterday I get told that even though I am not responsible for damaging the phone, I must pay R 1700.00 to have it repaired. I want my damaged cellphone returned asap, I will repair it on my own and will be terminating this contract. This is the worst Service provider I have ever dealt with. The Manager I spoke to at Nashua Pavillion, Phayaaz, had an attitude with me, spoke over my voice while I was speaking! I am employed at an Insurance Company and we pride ourselves on good Customer Service, something that Nashua lacks. You guys are only going to be losing Customers, not gaining due to your pathetic attitude and poor Service. The mere fact that you take 19 days to respond to a Hello Peter complaint, leaves much to be desired.
