3G UPGRADE PROMOTION - TABLET

I have been to the Vodashop at Mall at Carnival, Brakpan 4 times regarding the upgrade of my 3G data to the promoted package of R299 with a Samsung Tab. Every time I am told they do not have stock of the tab, that they will "write my name in the book and call me when stock comes in"!!! 2 months and no communication from them. They are quick to add additional phones/contracts to my existing contract, I now have an accumilated account of - R1, 700 per month, and cant seem to get the upgrade I've requested! When I complained, they just say there is nothing they can do. Time to change my service provider???
