I am really disgusted at the type of service I have been recieving at cell c. I returned a tab and data sim card in August and they debited my account in Sept and Oct for something I do not have. I have called in numerous times but noone finds the time to get back to me APARENTLY BILLING DOESNT TAKE CALLS and now ive realised they DONT RETURN CALLS EITHER. I have tried to be patient but noone seems to care and i am livid because I have been a loyal customer for years at Cell C. I would like someone to get back to me about my refund and cancellation of all my existing contracts and Mr Allan Knott-Craig you really need to look into the people hired at your customer service department and billing. This is unacceptable on all levels, you people are violating my rights and consumer rights
