Incorrect contract activation after upgrade

I completed an upgrade on the 1st of May 2013. I simply renewed my MTN anytime 200 contract. During this period MTN was running a promotion and I was told that if the contract is renewed I will also receive a 200mb data bundle, and 175 sms bundle and an additional 30 min of airtime. Since the account payment was processed on the 11th of May 2013 I only received the standard R 200 in airtime and 25 sms. I am using a smart phone and all the data is currently coming directly of my airtime.

I first contacted MTNSP on 808 on the 12th of May 2013. Since then I have called numerous times, was told by someone at a MTN store in Sunninghill that they can't help me, returned to the store where the upgrade was completed and repeatedly contacted the MTNSP call centre.

I have repeatedly been told that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. Since my first call 240 hours has passed with no change and today I was told I can expect to wait 7 days after my call, with no explanation as to why I am not being moved to the correct contract
