Battle whit poor data coverage in Stilfontein, Vodacom did send some one to investigate, and they do agree it is poor signal. The investigation was on 23/10/2013.
Nothing happen, if you ask if any movement on this matter it get refer the whole time. The Vodacom person who did the test was Mr Ntokoza.
Seems to me Vodacom delay this matter for reasons unknown, besides the fact that they have the info to their disposable.
