Bad signal 3G coverage - Vodacom

I have very poor signal and 3G coverage in Bethal and in Secunda from Vodacom. In the 3 hours I have discussed this with colleagues and friends and all of them are complaining also. Can someone please fix this? Even my BIS is not working at all?
