3 weeks NO refund

Reference: Refund application ALWIC3728551 [#7214765]

On the 17th of October 13 an amount of R1 707.00 was transferred via electronic transfer as payment for a cellphone repair. The phone was not repaired due to the fact that it is beyond economical repair. I was advised to apply for a refund by one of the agents at the repair center.

on the 24th of october I applied for a refund with all the documents as they requested. it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the refund.

I need to fix this phone, i need the money so that i can get a second opinion regarding the physical damage.

This is uncalled for.
