I applied for a cellphone contract last week sometime. And it was approved, and I was convinced into getting a data sim card, which was fine. So on the tracking email where you track how far your order is, on Monday I noticed that the cellphone order was cancelled. No one called me to notify me of this. Fine I call, I speak to Vusi who tell me that I was assisted by Rendani, who's the only person that can help me and tell me what happened. And he tells me that he will ask her to give me a call. I waited and waited. Until Thursday when I get a delivery. I thought it was the phone, signed for it handed my documents. Only to find its the sim. What am I going to do with just a sim card, if the phone order was cancelled, clearly the sim order should've been cancelled. I call back again, and I speak to Vusi again. He wasn't much help really, takes my details and sends Rendani an email. I think Rendani wanted to up her sales or whatever before she gives me a call for her incentives. But my only concern is, I gave out my personal details.
