Keeping client on lurch

I have applied for new lines at the beginning of May, I have been told that I qualify to apply for the 2 new lines that I have requested. I have also received a track your order email and to date I have not received the phones. days have passed so I have called to find out what was going on and and Rendani said a copy of my Id and marriage certificate was needed which I have sent through, she did mention once she receives it, She will let me know on the delivery date, Its now the 10th of June and when I called, She said to me that I do not qualify, How is it possible when she initially said that I did and even provided me with a delivery date and an email to track the status of my order, I would require someone to look into this as it has wasted lots of time waiting and it's the worst service ever received, Please check call recordings as this is totally unacceptable.
