No excuse for rudeness and bad attitude

We have never had a problem with the Sandwich Baron in our area. However today around 12h15 I wanted to order from that branch and the phone just rang so I thought there was a problem with the phone. I then thought I would order online. I then got an email stating that there was a problem with the Ranburg brand ADSL and therefore could not process my order & was told to call the branch. There was no answer when i called. So I took it that my order was not processed. I then get a call from my receptionist to say that my order arrived. I told the driver that as I no longer wanted the order as according to the email it was not processed. I then get a call from the manager (from his cellphone) - he was extremely rude!!! Shouting at me as I had ordered and should have called to cancel my order. When I told him that there was NO answer he replied 'Well we ARE busy! ' & I should have still cancelled my order. When i asked how was I to cancel my order if NOONE answered he cut me off shouting & said he will never deliver to me again!! I find this behaviour completely shocking and unacceptable and I will NEVER order from them again!!
