I have been charged R25/month for something I did not sign up for. How long has this been going on?

How can you access/debit someone's account so easily - it's scary!

anyway.. I would like my money back R 2 000.00 (TWO thousand rand for wasting my time & having to call banks & holding on etc.

Elite Mobile whom are selling contracts on behalf of Vodacom are responsible for this transpiring.

terrible way of doing business and a sure way to get a bad name.
