Incorrect money being taken off my account!

I upgraded my phone in April 2012 from a Blackberry to a Samsung and the person behind the till DID NOT DEACTIVATE the BIS charge to my account. I called in June this year and requested it to stop as I was under the impression that MTN had handled the situation. I have till this day heard Nothing back about the outstanding amount that is OWED to me and they continue to bill me each month as per normal. I have been to the MTN stores and they can't seem to do anything, let alone call the 808 number while I was there. I have tried numerous times to contact someone via 808 but shockingly to no avail, and the one time I did get through the lines were so bad that they could not hear a word that I was saying. I am absolutely FED UP with the lack of service from mtn especially when it comes to funds. As a loyal MTN customer one expects so much more from them. Clearly their customer orientated objectives have radically changed...
