It is out of sheer frustration that I am writing this report. My account was settled in January this year, yet I continue to receive statements every single month for a ridiculous amount of R641.74 . I have contacted Suzanne numerous times regarding this to no avail. It seems that even though I am a loyal paying client for nearly a decade, customer service does not come easy from Chubb. I have sent three emails in this regard for my billing to be sorted out, to no avail. I cannot get a response either from Ntombi or Suzanne and I feel that the service I am receiving is absolutely pathetic. My email was sent asking for an explanation on the 13th September, more than a week ago. Without any explanation, another amount of R600.00 was debited from my account which is unacceptable. I require this matter to be given urgent attention and a refund to be processed immediately. I even had to go as far as stopping the debit order myself because nobody at your office was able to process my request to stop the service immediately. Is this really the impression that you want to give to current and prospective clients? Escalate this and sort it out immediately.
